Monaco takes your breath away in every sense of the word, ....until you bring out your wallet to pay for anything. This place is my take on "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," with the ridiculous cars, yachts, stores, casino and people. Beyond all the eye candy (and obvious tax incentives), I don't understand how practical it is to live here. Its such a small 'country' - it takes like 20 to 30 mins to drive across - that I imagine it must get pretty boring, unless of course, you live on a yacht.
