Nevis and St. Kitts is definitely one of the highlights of the Caribbean. Its made up of two Islands: Nevis being the smaller, cleaner and more beautiful one with St. Kitts the bigger and more "urban" one. We stayed at Nevis for the duration of our visit and explored the Islands' best restaurants, bars and hot spots. St. Kitts is about an hour away by ferry.
