The Peak Tower is a multi-story shopping mall at the terminus of the tram station at the top of the Peak.  The Tram stops in the basement, and while you can choose to leave the mall at ground level, most tourists tend to proceed up the mall to the top floor where an observation deck provides some breath-taking views of Hong Kong and the Harbor.  There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the narrow, tower mall as well, with some of the more notable including Bubba Gump Shrimp Company - it definitely seemed very popular in Hong Kong.  Other major attractions in the mall include the Madame Tussaud's wax museum and an extensive Electronic Arts retail store which demos many of their games and sells related paraphernalia.
