The Bridgewater Temple is a work of art. A Hindu temple, it is unlike any other Hindu temple I have been to in the United States. It is designed exactly like temples in India, and even better and more beautiful than some of those. These pictures of the outside (cameras are not allowed inside) give you an idea of the intricate detail of the work on the outside and inside of the temple. It is not one of those temples in America where an old building has some idols inside it. It is a real Indian temple, complete with all parts and all major deities inside, for both North and South Indian Hindus. The temple also has a well-stocked gift shop and an excellent canteen inside, where homemade meals can be ordered hot and to whatever spice liking you may have at reasonable prices.

This temple is a must visit for both Hindus and non-Hindus, alike. You will enjoy it even from a tourist viewpoint.
