the most pleasurable and utilitarian hotel i've ever stayed it. the outdoor reception desk doubles as the juice bar in the morning where the beach chairs come down to form makeshift tables. guests can take out the cargo carrying mexican bicycles in which all of the beach gear (snorkels, masks, balls, toys, towels) available can fit with room for the polaroid camera you find in your room when you arrive. all of the rooms have a girls name (mine was laura "lowra").....the city are definitely the least desirable with the noise from the restraunt/bar filled street below. courtyard and sea facing rooms are amazing - well designed with simple amenities. make sure to spend time on the amazing rooftop with tamarind margaritas.
