One of the great (and most beautiful) cities of the Mughal Empire, and home to the third of the "Red Forts" built by the dynasty (Delhi, Agra, and Fatehpur). The Qutb Minar is part of the broader Qutb Complex, which includes the Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, reputed to be the first mosque built in India.
