Again I felt weak from the relentless sun, spotted abuilding locked up, but with a porch and crashed out for an hour. Again the one thousand ladies returned, steadily bringing me back to life. I did a spot of filming and wandered around in the shade.

I woke up feeling a bit rough and after a late breakfast Iheaded off into the heat. I'm never doing that again. Early starts and late finishes from now on.

I woke up feeling clammy all over. I hadn't showered or changed my clothes in quite a while. When its freezing cold the last thing you think about is taking layers off in the evening. The temperature stayed at -6 for a few hours in the morning before going up a little bit but not much. The thing that troubles me the most in mornings is having to roll up my sleeping mat and get it in its bag.
