We were there to help the HIV ladies and refugees.  The more helpless and weak the people, the more determined they were to overcome their country's tragic need to kill it's members. 

 Why are they so locked into tribalism and greed?  Why do they continue to cheat, lie and steal from each other?  Where are the moral foundations that western society seems to be able to build?  It's all so unnecessary.
