This was awhile back, but 3 years ago a bunch two of my aunts took a bunch of cousins back to Hong Kong. While there we also visited Macau, which was just an hour ferry boat ride away. The beaches in Northern California usually aren't the nicest ones you can find, but if you happen to be in norcal and want to spend a day at the beach, go to Montara State Beach, just north of Half Moon Bay in San Mateo County. If you guys are in San Francisco and want to catch a show, check out Cobb's Comedy Club. They have many comedians come in all the time; you can check that out on their site, just google it. fisherman's wharf

Another great tourist spot in S.F. is Fisherman's Wharf. I never got a good look at it until it was my turn to family from Hong Kong around on their vacation. The sights are gorgeous. If you're visiting San Francisco for the first time, a trip to the Golden Gate Bridge is a must. It's one of the most famous landmarks and taking a walk across is quite the experience.
